1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of CBRT GURU, an educational application providing timed mock tests for government examination preparation, including CCE, GPSSB and GSSSB. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. If you are a minor, you must use this app under parent or guardian supervision. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your One-Time Password (OTP) and login credentials. You must not allow others to use your account.

3. Registration Data

To register, you must provide your Name, Mobile number, Email address, Target examinations (a minimum of two), Date of birth, State, City, and Address.

4. Use of Mock Tests

CBRT GURU grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access mock tests strictly for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to manipulate or cheat to alter test scores, ranks, or performance analytics.

5. Strict Prohibitions

While using CBRT GURU, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Hack, disrupt, or bypass any security features of the app or cloud servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the app
• Capture screenshots, take screen recordings, or use external devices to record test content, questions, or answers
• Scrape, systematically extract, or download data, questions, or analytical data using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Share, redistribute, sell, or republish CBRT GURU exam papers on social media, Telegram groups, YouTube, or other media platforms
• Share your login OTP or access credentials with anyone else

6. Intellectual Property

All application designs, layouts, graphic brand assets (including the CBRT GURU wordmark and monogram), code, and database content (including mock test questions and solutions) are the exclusive property of CBRT GURU and its licensors. Any unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation may lead to legal action.

7. Free Trial and Future Fee Changes

Currently, access to mock tests on CBRT GURU is provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce premium test series, paid features, or subscription plans at any time in the future. Users will be given prior notice before any paid services are implemented.

8. Advertisements

The app is currently ad-free. We reserve the right to introduce third-party advertisements or sponsored links inside the application layout in future updates.

9. Government Examination Disclaimer

CBRT GURU is an independent educational preparation platform. It is not an official government application and holds no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from CCE, GPSSB, GSSSB, or any state/central government department. Mock tests are purely simulation practice tools and do not guarantee actual examination selection or employment.

10. Accuracy of Content

Syllabi, exam patterns, cut-offs, and government updates change frequently. While we aim for accuracy, CBRT GURU does not warrant that questions or data are 100% error-free. Users must verify official notices directly from official government portals.

11. App Downtime and Availability

Access to the app may be temporarily suspended without notice due to technical maintenance, server overloads, updates, or network failures. We are not liable for any test history loss or inconvenience caused by unexpected downtime.

12. Technology Partners

Popway (https://www.popway.in/) is our technology and development partner handling infrastructure and software deployment. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is integrated to serve app notifications.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your user account if you violate any part of these Terms, provide false profile data, or engage in suspicious digital activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CBRT GURU and its technology partner Popway shall not be held liable for any data losses, academic outcomes, exam disqualifications, or monetary damages arising from the use or inability to use this app.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
