CBRT GURU is an educational application built for students and government examination aspirants. It provides timed mock tests for the CCE, GPSSB and GSSSB examinations, along with tools to review scores, results, test history and overall performance. By registering for or using CBRT GURU, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Registration Information
Name, Email address, Mobile number, Target examinations (a minimum of two), Date of birth, State, City, and Address.

2.2 Mobile Number and OTP Login
We use mobile-number-based authentication with a One-Time Password (OTP) to verify your identity and secure your account.

2.3 Mock Test and Performance Data
Tests attempted, questions attempted, answers submitted, scores, results, time taken, and test history.

2.4 Device and Technical Information
Basic technical or device-related information necessary for the app to function correctly, remain secure, or for troubleshooting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and managing your account
• Verifying your identity through OTP
• Providing access to mock tests, test history, and performance results
• Sending important application notifications and updates
• Security, fraud prevention, and technical maintenance of the app

4. Data Storage and Technology Partners

Your data is securely stored on cloud servers managed by or on behalf of CBRT GURU. Our development and technology partner is Popway (https://www.popway.in/), which supports the technical development and infrastructure of the app. Popway acts strictly as a technology partner and does not own your data.

5. Push Notifications

CBRT GURU uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google solely to deliver push notifications to your device. We do not use Firebase Analytics or advertising products under this scope.

6. Advertising and Monetization

Currently, CBRT GURU does not display third-party advertisements. If we introduce ads or promotional content in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

The app currently offers free access to mock tests. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, transactions will be processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with test history and performance tracking.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate account deletion directly through the settings menu inside the CBRT GURU application, or by submitting a request to our support email at cbrtguru@gmail.com. Upon request, your personal information and test history will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

CBRT GURU is an independent educational preparation platform. It is not an official government application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CCE, GPSSB, GSSSB, or any government department or authority.
